CLUB MEMBER ALLAN BLUNT AND HIS FATHER DENNIS SEEN HERE WITH THEIR AERONCA CHAMP. BUILT IN 1947 AS AN L-16 BUT DECOMMISSIONED IN 1958. DENNIS WAS THE PREVIOUS OWNER FOR 12 YEARS, BUT NOW AT 87 YEARS OLD HAS DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO HANG UP HIS WINGS. I'M SURE ALLAN WILL BE AN EXCELLENT CUSTODIAN, AND HAS IT HANGARED HERE AT THE MISHAWAKA PILOTS CLUB.
Chris Ringos Completes a check out in yet another Aircraft Type. He and Ken will be flying back to the Pilots Club in just a few minutes !
New Member Ken Mishler (on the right) accepts the keys to his new Tecnam LSA from Tom at the Olney-Noble (KOLY) Airport in Olney, Illinois on Friday June 4, 2021. Ken will be flying it to the Pilots Club with Flight Instructor Chris Ringos later that day.
